Devon was born and raised in rural Pennsylvania. At age 19, she began working as a stripper, where she met friends whom encouraged her to enter the adult film industry. In 1998, she filmed her first film "New Breed", which catapulted her name into the industry. In the same year, she started working with Vivid Entertainment. In 2001, she was named Pet Girl of January and thereafter signed her big contract with Digital Playground, appearing in her first HD film, Island Fever.
